All images, characters, and personas on VIVIDI are entirely AI-generated. No real persons are depicted. All content is fictional and created solely for artistic and entertainment purposes.
3. Age Verification
VIVIDI contains adult content intended for users aged 21 and older. By using this platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to access adult content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
4. Subscription & Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated content on VIVIDI is owned by VIVIDI or its creators. Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view content. Downloading, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share subscription credentials, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, distribute any content to third parties, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to circumvent any access controls.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to content will cease immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
VIVIDI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIVIDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
